You can click on PROPERTIES to search and to sign up for free daily emails of properties that match your search, whether you are looking for a condo or a house. Each property has photos, virtual tours, maps, mortgage calculators, school information, and much more. Keep in mind that not all homes for sale will be listed. Some brokers & owners opt not to list their properties here, and you also won't have access to "by owner" sales. Vertical Horizon also has well established relationships with the top lenders and loan brokers to assure that you save on fees and get the best rates on your loans.
SELLERS

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We will manage your income property. As with other management companies, we charge 10% of the rent as a management fee. Unlike other management companies we will give you a refund of 50% of your management fees (up to 5 years) if you hire us to sell your property. In essence you only pay 5% for your property to be professionally managed.
